After we enter data into the access file and create individual records.The numbered & dated records do not stay in the order they were entered.

When the file is saved and loaded onto another computer only 1 record is saved and available even though dozens of individual records may have been created.

The Access file is also suppose to be set so that can it be networked (LAN) by a few users. But it is not networkable at this time.
