Description: I have a website with about 20000 members (this number keeps increasing). I need a bulk email software (web based or desktop based) which will help me send the emails without being banned or blacklisted by ISPs.

I have my own servers in China and able to send emails at the speed of 2k per hour per server, 30 dollars is the price for every 50k emails sent successfully. Also, I can provide you email addresses for bulk email sending. And I can provide you a web interface which you can import email addressed and email content to have them sent automatically but the price is much higher because it a third-party service, 350 dollars for every 50k successful sent.
