Hello,

I am running a Cent OS linux server with WHM/Cpanel

I am using ConfigServ firewall and a couple of other small mods to filter DDOS attacks

The firewall is up to date, but it is repeatedly temporarily banning legitimate website users all the time. I want someone who is an EXPERT with firewalls (ConfigServ specifically) , who can look at all the configs, and figure out why so many legitimate users are being banned. I think it might be a configuration setting that is causing this headache, or maybe one of the mods that try to filter ddos. (Perhaps it is identifying the legitimate traffic as an attack?)

Today, it has gotten to the point where EVERY website on my server seemingly went down for 30 secs every couple of minutes.. initially I thought it was a network issue, but when I stopped the firewall things were running flawlessly.

Please include your hourly rate, your Linux experience, and how often you are online, and what online messengers you use. I will definitely be using the selected provider again in the future.
