I need following component installed and configured on my plesk server

* FFMPEG [ may be already installed, you have to confirm]
* GD Library 2 or higher
* Mplayer + Mencoder (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html)
* Flv2tool (http://inlet-media.de/flvtool2)
* Libogg + Libvorbis (http://www.xiph.org/downloads)
* LAME MP3 Encoder (http://lame.sourceforge.net)

* CGI-BIN Access
* Apache mod_rewrite Enabled
* PHP Configuration (php.ini): register_argc_argv = On
* Must be able to run PHP from the command line (CLI) with exec()
* Allowed execution of background processes with exec("binary > /dev/null &")

I know its a very easy task for the actual expert [ so bid low and accurate ] . Take this task as a relation building task. We develop video sharing sites but most of the time we find the server of the client is not ready, in this cases I will contact with you to solve those casses.
