These are people included in this problem/job:

Person A = Web A – has PayPal account – manufactures Product A
Person B = Web B
Person C = Web C
Person D = Web D


I am building a website for a Person A.
Person A:
- manufactures product A
- has a PayPal account
- has a web site
- sells product A that he manufactures on his web site
- as paying option for that product on his website has PayPal “BuyNow” button

When product A is sold on Person A website, PayPal sends email confirmation of purchase to Person A email address.

Now Person B, Person C and Person D would like to sell same product A on theirs websites (Web B, Web C and Web D) for a commission. To sell product A they will build separate page on theirs websites and as a paying options for a buyers they will use Person A PayPal “BuyNow” button.

That means that when Person D sells product A on his Web D, money will go to Person A PayPal account and then Person A will pay commission to Person D for that sale, and send product A to a buyer. Buyer will get a product, Person A money minus commission and Person D commission.

But PayPal will send email confirmation of purchase ONLY to Person A email address because Person D used PayPal “BuyNow” button of Person A. Problem is that Person D has no idea how many purchases has been made through his website and that’s why he has no idea what his commission is. Person D has to believe to Person A.
Now Person D would like to receive any kind of automatic purchase confirmation from PayPal each time when purchase is made on his website D.


I talked with PayPal people and they told me that something like that can ONLY be made by adding custom made script in “Add advanced variables” box of Step3 of Creating PayPal payment button process:

- Create PayPal payment button
- Step 3: Customize advanced features (optional)
- Advanced variables (power users) – that is that box
If you ever created PayPal button you will know what I’m talking about.

I need someone to write me a script that would be implemented in Advanced variables box of Step3 of PayPal Buy Now button creation page.

That script would have to make PayPal Buy Now button to send simple email purchase confirmation to Person D email address EACH time when purchase is made on Persons D website D. That email confirmation would be second email that PayPal would send. First email is, off course, regular PayPal purchase confirmation that Person A gets as owner of that PayPal account. So, this second email is addition, just for Person D to know when purchase is made. By counting his emails on the end of the month, Person D will know how many purchases is been made through his website and what his commission is.


That second email, for Person D don’t have to have all this standard PayPal info but just one simple sentence: “Purchase of product A is made through your website.”


For me is very important that developer who will write this script email me instructions where and how in script I can change Person D email address into Person C and later Person B…or E….F…G email addresses because I know that my client looks around for other people to sell his product A. That means that in the future I will have to create new PayPal Buy Now button customized for Person C with his email address or for Person E with his email address.

Sorry for long post but I was trying to be as precise as I can.

I am willing to pay $20 in advance if necessary, $80 after script is tested and OK = $100 in total!
