The issue I have is that I want a "system price" generated when you land on a custom pc page. At the moment the "system price" is generated by an onchange function meaning that the customer has to activate the "system price" by making a selection on the first drop down box. Also please note that because Joomla IS NOT running javascript, I have been told the fix needs to be made in jquery/dom but you may have another idea.

An example page of my site to look at and understand the issue is; www. u l t i m o p c dot com / joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=151&Itemid=80

You will see that you have to select a CPU from the first drop down menu to create a "system price" in the Total Amount Box. I want this generated when you land on the page and a pre-selected CPU in the first drop down box.

You have mootools loaded in your yootheme. But mootools event frameworks don't always work with fireEvenets which is needed in this case. So adding a jQuery will solve the problem. I can do it.
