Description: I need a Wordpress Blog Installed as a Subdomain to my website.

This will be a new blog and I would like it to appear at
www.hairpullingsolution.com/blog or something similar.

I would like you to install a special SEO friendly version of the blog which you can find here: http://www.undergroundtraininglab.com/downloads/seoblog.html

I would also like Adsense installed neatly to the blog.

If someone has experience installing wordpress I can't see why this should take more than an hour.
