Description:	We will provide an Excell file with 3000 graphic Chinese characters (in font) together with the english description/translation for each symbol. The graphic Chinese characters are a font and rezisable in MS-Windows environment but we want the characters to be exported as individual bitmaps, all of the same height (approximate 150 pixels). Every bitmap must have the english file description based on the english first meaning of the symbol picked from the Excell file. - Import 3000 x individual characters in Chinese graphic font with english translation(Excell) (provided by POSnet Benelux) - Export 3000 x individual bitmaps (BMP) all with same height (150 pixels)and scaled in correct width. The file description for each bitmap must be the first description from the english translation provided in the Excell file. The bitmaps must be of the best printable quality possible within the 150 pixels heighth. (provided by Service provider) For this project we posted the excell file together with the project text. When bidding on this project we want to receive at least the first 10 characters as a sample together with your bid.
