Description

I run a small e commerce web site which has been up and running for a bit over a year now. I use google analytics to give me an idea of my buyers and their trends. I am able to figure out the basic reports that google can give me, but I know there's a whole bunch of info available that I'm not sure what it means or what I should be doing with it.

I am looking for someone to look over my stats and give me insight and direction on how to improve my store to better tailor to my customer base.

In your response, provide your experience with google analytics and what type of information you'd be pull from the stats and how it may improve my store.

Hello, I have been trained face to face by experts in Google Analytics in the NYC Google office. I can help you in your analytics by: 1. ensuring "goals" are setup so we can track all ecommerce sales and their ORIGINS so we know which keywords, websites, and traffic sources are really generating revenue. 2. setting up any necessary "filters" if we want to create additional profiles in analytics to track individual sources. 3. pull reports for you and show you how to do this yourself in the future. 4. reports to pull: a. top 25 traffic origins b. geographic origins report c. keyword report (we will evaluate which keywords should be focused on and which ones aren't doing as well) d. anything else you want to look at I will provide a minimum of 5 reports with an analysis of what these reports mean, and will show you how to do this in the future.
