Description

I have a website that that services Condo and Homeowners associations. There are several tasks and data tracking within this app to make life easier for the people who run these associations. Most of these people are volunteers and can not devote all of their time to these duties. This websites dramatically simplifies what they need to do to maintain there community.

I need someone who can write or create words that will make these associations want to sign up to use this website.

I need:
1) Home page content that describes how this site will benefit them and entice them to sign up.
2) Descriptions of the services offered (5) detailing how easy life will be when using it
3) An about us page that describes our company.

I will describe the website and the services and you write the words or page design to make people want to sign up.

Each Codo or HOA will signup and then enter in all of the homes in their community or Condo. Then for each unit the will be able to:
1) Track any rules violation
2) Track Architectrual Change Requests
3) Track rentals
4) BOD document work flow
5) Track unit inventory
