1)There is a site called LIMBO.com which is an AUCTION site, read FAQ to see how it work:

2)I have SMS Studio as SMS gateway (very flexible)

3)what i need is a program that will receive and process SMS delivered by SMs Studio and sort them and periodically select the "lowest unique number" among the one we receive.

4)if you see the webpage you will see several articles which will be on display and where people will be bidding for

5)the people playing should see in a webpage, certain prizes lets say PRIZE A and PRIZE B (should be more of course)

5)the end user should send an SMS including the PRIZEcode + guess number ( PRIZE 10.22) for example

6)the system should see whether this is the lowest-unique guess and reply accordingly

7)if it is the lowest-unique, it will let the user know

8)if it is NOT the lowest-unique, it should reply indicating whether the BID is unique but there are XX lower-uniques;

9)If it is NOT the lowest nor unique, it should reply saying "you are not the lowest and there are XX lower-uniques"

10)the program for this site should trigger alerts, this is when a person has the "lowest-unique bid" and some other person sends an even lower unique, and alert should be sent to the 10 top people in the ranking and all the interested ones in knowing changes

11)people should be able to create an account and select whether they want to be notified every time the lowest-unique bid has changed (this would cause to send them an email by MT code)

11)the people interested in knowing should have a basic registration, where they put basic information and accept to be notified when a lower-unique bid has arrived and displaced the previous one

12)the Bidding message and the alert should interface with SMS Studio

13)the website for displaying the prizes should be as simple as the one in LIMBO and registration page should be very simple too, nothing fancy (something like www.asterisk.org would be enough)

It is very simple logic, a simple PHP program + website should be very simple. not as the one in limbo.com (others than unique)
