Description

In search of a web promotion/SEO guru to bring our radon gas lab testing "niche" website into one of the top 5-10 ranked sites on google's (UK) search engine.

All techniques (including link building) must be white-hat and within all of Google's guidelines. The key words are "Radon, Radon Gas, Radon Testing, Radon Maps, UK Radon, Radon Scotland, Radon Cornwall, Radon Detectors Radon In". A sample search would be "Radon Gas in Cornwall", or "radon gas testing ". With any combination of these keywords we'd like our site to be in the top 3-5 sites (hopefully #1).

This will be an ongoing project where success is reached within a reasonable amount of time. Please state your timeframes for when we should expect to see some results.

The following outlines SEO work to be performed for our site

1) Index Page Optimization:

- Content and keyword placement as required for optimal indexation
- Correction and/or implementation of all titles, meta tags, headers and titles for related articles.
- each of the keywords will point to the homepage.

2) The retained person would be working closely with us in SEO and traffic generation. Therefore you must have exceptionally strong expertise in this area.

Please provide example of top Google listings along with the keywords you SEO'ed for those sites within a PM, or your bid will not be considered at all. Ensure that you provide details of how you would approach this project and timeline.

Additonal link building guidelines:

- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
- The page our link is placed on must be PR2, PR3+, not just the site's main page
- There is no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be updated/cached by Google within the last 30 days
- Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
- No sites banned by google.
- Must be manually submitted.
- No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- Link pages must be related to photography
- Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once.e.g. 6 per day /200 per month
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
- No blacklisted or spam sites.

THE LINKS MUST BE LEGIT AND PERMANENT

Payment Terms are as follows:

This is strictly a pay for performance project. No Advance payments will be made. No exceptions.

Milestones:

1a) A 25% deposit will be made into escrow at the start of the project
1b) 25% escrow payment in 1A will not be released until each of the keywords break the Top 80 in google.com's search results and remains there for greater than 20 consecutive days.

2a) Escrow of 25% will be deposted after 1b is satisfied.
2b) 25% escrow payment from 2A will not be released until each of the keywords break the Top 50 in google.com's search results and remains there for greater than 30 consecutive days.

3a) Escrow of 25% will be deposted after 2b is achieved.
3b) 25% escrow payment from 3A will not be released until each of the keywords break the Top 20 in google.com's search results and remains there for greater than 30 consecutive days.

4a) Escrow of 25% will be deposted after 3b is achieved.
4b) 25% escrow payment from 4A will not be released until each of the keywords break the Top 5 in google.com's search results and remains there for greater than 30 consecutive days.

BONUS PAYMENT - If ANY of the keywords achieves a top 2 ranking, and remains there for greater than 30 consecutive days, you will recieve a $200 bonus (total, not for each keyword).
