hello all,

i need a seo guy/gal that has a proven track history and can verify this.

i have a real estate website www.downtown92101condos.com and need only 4 keyterms.

san diego downtown real estate
downtown san diego real estate
san diego downtown condos
downtown san diego condos

i am currently on the 1st & 2nd page for each in google but want to be 1 of the top 3 for each keyterm.

there are currently 2 other sites that are always on the top 1st & 2nd position. www.92101urbanliving.com & www.sdcondo.com

i believe i need on site optimization to achieve this and maybe reconstruct my website as well for google to like my site overall?
