Some of these remarks are a bit odd. Basically you don't need to submit to search engines. As soon as your site has an inbound link you'll be indexed. The key is to have proper tags that matches content, maybe a sitemap to help your site be indexed a bit more thouroughly. Obviously need to know how many pages/etc.
