Looking for SEO partner for my current client.

!!!!!!! Payment on performance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This website is employment related, need to get higher ranking in all search engines ( minimum 10 keywords with two words ), how you do is upto you provided you use all the ethical manner as this in one of the reputable sites, its more of offpage promotion rather then on page, need quality links i.g with good PR, without any directories and bolgsites etc.

I will review all the method you wish to use to get the ranking as i dont want to mess with my clients site reputation.
