2>use those keywords while creating content of the site.
3>place keywords and phrases in meta tags, content etc.
4>create interlinking of keywords
5>create a site map and submit to all search engines.
6>add pinging program for all the social and XML-RPC related sites.
7>submit articles to social sites or social directories.
8>create feeds for the site.
9>create dynamic sitemap that will ping to Google automatically for crawling
10> refine meta tags and keywords for whole pages.
11> correct site’s link structure.
12> also build links to other sites.[One way link of PR2+]
13> improve crawlability of the site.
14>improve my alexa rank to min. 30,000 from current in 8 months.
15>add blog to site.
16>improve performance of the site.
17>also do competitor analysis on keywords.
18> change your URL structure of the site.
19> also do changes in anchor and image tags.
20> Must be willing to offer suggestions and tips from your team, to be implemented by my page developers so as to not have to do work over, example interlinking, page titles etc…. that we will be adding on a weekly basis as we add more and more pages.
Looking for a 5 month contract
for increasing rank, optimizing keywords, site structure and Google page rank.
Bonus will be paid only when we reach to min.30,000 Alexa rank and you have completed all the above services.
Price is to be quoted for per month fee only and contract will end in 6 months. Will pay a one time bonus for ranking of 30,000 in Alexa and the amount you would require for this bonus fee must be placed in the PM attached to your bid.
When placing bid post your per month charge and in Pm post your one time bonus fee if goal is met of 30,000 Alexa ranking in 8 months
Buyer requests all relevant items to be included on monthly report prior to requesting funds.
