Description: We are looking for an SEO and marketing expert to help with web promotion for our Costa Rica legal website. www.costaricacorporation.com

Services Required:

Keyword research (I have an starting list)
Meta tags
Page content optimization
Search Engine Submission
Reciprocal Linking
Reporting

We need a around 50 links for this.
1.One way non-reciprocal links only, NO 3 WAY Links, no link exchanges, no directory no articles & No blogs or press release.
2. Links must be permanent, which remain active and not disapear after a few weeks.
3. All links must be static, plain, standard "a href"-type links (no cgi redirects, javascript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty). Only ethical work will be accepted.
4. No more than 25 outbound links per page.
5. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page
6. Links must be from diversed Class-C IP addresses.
7. No blacklisted or spam sites, Pages links - must be cached in Google.
8. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 4+, not just a PR4+ site.

This is a complete SEO - Link Buildling - Web Promotion project. We need to optimize the site for the main search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.
