One of our niche online retail stores has 2,000 unique visitors per day and ranks in the Top 4 for its top 5 keyword phrases.

=== PROJECT SUMMARY ===

This project is for increasing targeted traffic through On Page and Off Page SEO designed specifically for Google SERPs in the US. White Hat techniques only. Results must be sustainable with no ongoing fees.

=== DETAILS ===

There are three (3) related search terms that we would like to improve our rank in Google for:

Phrase 1: Improve ranking from #13 to Top 10 on Google
Phrase 2: Improve ranking from #15 to Top 10 on Google
Phrase 3: Improve ranking from #30 to Page 1 on Google

This niche site has ranked well in Google, Yahoo and MSN for three (3) years. Our Top 5 keywords have been stable, moving between #2 and #3, but we have seen little improvement on these three related terms.

This site has 900 backlinks and is PR4. We do not need directory submissions. The focus of this project is organic SEO optimization, link building (we will pre-approve link sites), internal linking structure improvements, and metatags.

=== REQUIREMENTS ===

Backlinks must be one way, free, and from websites with a page ranking of 2 and above. No automatic submission methods, redirects, hidden or Java links or anything else of that nature. Just clean, legitimate links and only one per domain. These will be checked and so will need to be logged.

A list of this store's top 3 competitors will be provided to the selected SEO expert.

=== BONUS OPPORTUNITY ===

Our current traffic is 2,000 unique visitors per day. For every additional 1,000 targeted uniques that are reached within the first year after the completion of this project, and sustained for at least six (6) months without our store's conversion rate falling below its current level, there will be an additional one-time payment of $1,000 USD.

The requirements for this traffic bonus can only be achieved by increasing *targeted* traffic. Junk traffic will reduce our conversion rate and no bonus will be paid.

This is a trial project as we evaluate new SEO professionals. The successful SEO expert will be offered the opportunity for larger projects and monthly SEO work after this project is complete.
