1. Materials backing up a proven track record for major accomplishments in the field of Search Engine Optimization
2. Demonstration of results of past works on competitive keywords
3. Provide at least genuine references with their contact information

Please quote me based on the following payment structure:
5% paid upon completion of on-page optimization
20% paid upon top 40 ranking in Google
35% paid upon top 20 ranking in Google
40% paid upon top 10 ranking in Google

Each milestone will be considered achieved when 3 out of the four terms achieve the ranking. The bidder must agree to use only white hat methods. No cloaking, link farms, or other SEO no-no's. We will provide content for articles and press releases if you plan to go that route. Please provide the bid based on optimizing all four search terms.

Payment will be kept in escrow until milestones are hit. The contract term is 10 months. Any milestones you don't hit by then will expire and go unpaid. Follow-on maintenance will be considered if you are successful.
