We are a property management company, who manage two large luxury villa complexes in Bali, Indonesia, each property has its own web site, each site consists of approx 10 pages.We're seeking an SEO expert/company to initially increase our daily unique visitor traffic to 300 and then grow this by 200 increments every 6 months on each site, through deploying SEO expertise, including:
On Page optimization:
- Content
- Keyword Densities
- Duplicate Content Check
- Alt Tags
- URL Structure
- H1 Tags
- Title Tags
- Site Map Check
- Site Layout and Architecture
- Meta Tags
Off page optinaization
- DMOZ Submission
- Article Writing & submission
- Social Bookmarking
- One Way Links (google page rank of 3+)
- Blog Commenting & Conversation
- Blog Articles/Posting
- RSS feeds
- Forum Posting
- Authoritative article creation utilizing unique content.
- YouTube/twitter/facebook/myspace/bebo
- Any other means - providing this drives quality traffic.

We are looking for an on-going relationship with the right person/company, paying an ongoing monthly fee for SEO, but initially paying the bid amount for achieving 300 unique visitors per month. The first phase is therefore your opportunity to secure regular SEO business to then help us continue to grow our traffic.
Finally note that all traffic will be closely monitored using Google Analytics, to ensure that quality is adhered to and the right kind of sites are referring traffic to our site.
