Description:	Need a link builder for 100 incoming permanent links from PR3+ sites 1. 100% of websites should be in English 2. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based, guestbook’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links. 3. All links must be indexed by robots, not blacklisted from Google. 4. The linking page has to have no more than 50 outbound links. 5. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 6. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links. 7. All Links have to be on sites which are NOT penalized or banned by Google. 8. Page containing link must be listed in Google's Cache. 9. No use of Automated software (Zeus, Arelis or others) 10. Links must be permanent and remain active. 11. All links will point to one domain. Terms - Payment will be made in intervals i.e. deliver 50 links then get paid and links are verified. - No payment in Advance. - Internet, Computer related sites or blogs would be ideal. - Links would be done using competitors submission.
