our website www.naturalelements.co.uk ranks on page 2 of MSN.co.uk for the keyphrase "organic skin care"

the keyphrase "organic skin care" ranks 365 out of 2,500,000 results as per attachment on google

we want to be on page one of google and to be ranking highly in yahoo

no blackhat techniques to be used
no follow tags
no javascript
no links from pages not indexed in google
must "mix" the anchor text link - for instance:

organic skin care
buy organic skin care
buy organic skin care online
best organic skin care
certified organic skin care.....and so on

links must be from related sites and have at least PR 4

links must be from different IP addresses

links can only be static. NO dynamic links
only seeking one-way links
