Description:	I need to get a site up in the search engines. I would ideally like as many one way links that are in place for one year on at least PR3+. The last provider I used did not deliver results. They were effectively spam sites and did nothing to our page rankings. I have worked on the keywords and now have the site on the first page of Google for a lot of the key words, but it is still not the top. Based on reading your reviews you seem to deliver results. I would like you to tell me the best way to get the desired results. I will start with two keywords and if you deliver there is more work. For this first piece of work the budget is $100. Each of the following has to be included and if you cannot deliver on all of the requirements then please do not bid on this project. I will pay upon verification of each of the requirements. First, I would like thirty unique users (five star) ratings provided on a youtube video with comments entered. Second, 100 unique reviews on google business Third, 10 PR3+ links to one site. This will be verified with a google backlink checker and will be paid only if this has achieved.
