Description

We have a website design that has to be made into XHTML for future use with a CMS. Please note that the code must be :

- W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict
- Table-less CSS markup
- SEO Semantic Coding with Complete Presentational Separation techniques.
- Special attention to Load Speed optimization (knowledge of image optimizing)
- Compatible with IE 6 7 8, Chrome, Firefox, Safari 2.0 and above

Please only respond if you are 100% capable of providing this quality of work.

Please note :

- The site has 1 main page and 12 subpages (much simpler, many are identical)

- The page must be expandable in it's middle so as to contain unlimited content without breaking the design. (the layout was designed with a solid blue and white background specially for this)

- Some pages will contain flash modules, please create the embeds for these (flashplayer 8 and above)
