We are looking for help with SEO for our website http://stickybelt.com . The site is created in Joomla and is a single page site.

We have five words we would like optimized so we are ranked high on google. Please specify how long this would take and a quote for the price.

We would like a quote for monthly maintenance to keep us high on google and to add new words each month as well.
