Description

Need to generate some serious traffic to a new blog in the Russian language. I need to be able to get multiple hits with viral effect. ONLY RUSSIAN SEO specialists should respond to this posting. If you are not a Russian speaker please don't reply to this posting. I already tried using several providers who WERE NOT able to provide sufficient traffic. I need someone with clear strategic and marketing drive.

This project will be paid based on milestones. I will setup milestones based on number of people that login into the blog and leave comments/messages. I need to achieve top search results on Yandex.ru and Rambler.ru.

Please share your previous success stories (that are verifiable).
