I'm looking for someone who is experienced at SEO and can guarantee to bring visitors to my website. Must have a fully laid-out plan of how they will do this.

Selected Programmer should give daily detailed work-status

I need quality one-way links to my website.

What i expect:

- One Way Links
- social bookmarking
- Directory submissions (not Google or Bing)


Specfification for One-Way Links:

*all links must be on minimum PR2 or higher.
*No black hat techniques, no cloaking, no linkfarms etc.
*All work shall be performed in white hat methods, meaning no spamming
*links can't have a "nofollow" tag.
*Permanent one-way links only.
*No links left in Comments.
*Each link should be on a unique domain name and different IP address.
*No dynamically generated links. All links MUST be 100% static
*link can't be within a frame or iframe.
*All links should be free and not paid links
*No JavaScript or redirect script.
*link page must have been cached by Google
*links must be relevant to my site.

Report with how many Directories will you submit my site and how many social bookmarkings will you do
