Description

One way PR5+ links from Bedding/furniture websites and related *Google cached* sites.
Need very experienced link builder who knows how to check that links are good and need to check robots.txt, make sure not dynamic links, javascript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, etc.
Experienced link builders only-please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.
Link pages must at least be cached in Google and within last month.

To follow needs to be followed:
* No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites.
* Links should have Holiday/Vacation Rentals theme.
* English language web sites only.
* Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
* No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
* The link page indexed with PR5 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
* Must be on a search engine friendly page (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo.
* Must be a text link. no graphics.
* Links must be permanent. No guestbooks, FFA's, Blogs, Classifieds, dynamic inks, forums ,etc.
* Links must be on a website that is topically relevant.
* If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 30 other total links on the same page - Inbound and/or outbound.
* Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt
* You must submit a list of all links including URL were I can find the link and PR of the linking page. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 5, not just a PR5 site.
* One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.
* Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.
* No Link Farms or directory submissions
* No blacklisted or spam sites.
* No link exchanges.
* One way non-reciprocal links.
* No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
* Must be manually submitted.
* No Articles.
* Links from the same C class IP address
* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
*Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
*Must send me weekly updates of links.
*No sites that require ongoing payments
*You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
*Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
*Please submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid.

We would like to build 50 links over a 6 week period.

Payment: We will pay for this project once project completed and verified. Will check all links before payment made. You will need to provide us with the following spreadsheet before any payment is made:
Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address. We reserve the right not to accept a particular link.
