Description:	I need 100 links for a themed website. The links need to be submitted gradually in a time frame of four weeks. All links must meet the following requirements: • Sites in Spanish Only • Link must come from a page indexed in g-o-o-g-l-e in less than a month • PR 3 or higher preferred • Only one way permanent links • All must come from different C class IP’s I will provide 8 different keywords for the anchor text for 8 categories. No redirects, JavaScript, cloaking, frames, hidden links or use of unethical or black-hat techniques No links from: Directories, Forums, Guest books, Classifieds, Mirror sites, Article Submissions ,Links Farms, Links Exchange Programs, Flash sites/pages, Black Listed Websites, Websites banned by Google, Spam Websites, Newsgroups, Blog Comments, Linking schemes, Ping sites. Delivery Requirements: Upon completion of the project I expect a clean, clear, and concise excel spreadsheet, with the URLs to all the Links obtained that follow the above guidelines.
