Description: I’m working with a client in real estate management software.

We need 50 PR3 and above one-way links to the site.

Conditions :
- Maximum of 40 outgoing links per page.
- All links must be permanent and only direct static links will be approved.
- No FFA, hidden text, link exchange software, spam sites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, adult, gambling, violent, or hate-based.
- Majority of the links must come from different class C IP blocks.
- The page that the link is from must be cached in Google within the past 45 days.

APPROVAL PROCESS (Proposed links MUST be approved first):

Successful candidate for the project will need to present a specific plan of action for the site and show past examples of similar work. For example providing all proposed link data in an Excel Spreadsheet which will include: Proposed Link-Page URL, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, and IP Address.

ONCE APPROVED BY US:

You submit the information to the approved sites.

When links are up and running, you update the original spreadsheet by adding the URL for the incoming link and send us the revised spreadsheet.

We will pay once links are verified.

This will be considered a trial run, and more work will be available if results are good. A key factor will be our ability to build a trusting relationship built on good SEO/link-building practices that must NEVER compromise the integrity of our client companies.

Hi Let me start by giving you some insights into our Link-building campaign metrics.
