Description

I am looking for someone that can build a good Top 10 Google UK ranking for a list of keywords for our Video COnferencing website. This is absolutely fresh Joomla website and no SEO work has been done.

The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques.

Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed.

Time:
45 Days
60 Days in the worst case!

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT BRING SITE ON TOP 10 WITHIN 45-60 DAYS ON GOOGLE Uk SERVER.

Requirements:
1. All keywords must appear on Google Uk server as the site is designed for Uk visitors.
2. Ranking must last for at least 6 months.
3. You will update me on the progress of the site on weekly basis.
4. This will be one-time payment, however, I’m open for yearly contract provided you guarantee top 10 Google ranking throughout the year!

Payment Terms:
Payment will be made in two parts -
1. No advance escrow (being the past bitter experience, sorry!)
2. 50% will be paid through GAF or Paypal when 3 of the 6 (including primary keyword, which is a must) are on top 10 on Google U.k. Server after watching the ranking for 10 days.
3. Balance when remaining keywords are on top 10 on Google Uk server after reviewing the ranking for 10 days.
4. Bonus upto $200 (completely on my discretion) will be awarded after reviewing satisfactory results!
5. All ranking must appear on Google.com in U.K. for U.K. visitors.
