Description

We have an accommodation directory website implemented using the Joomla CMS.

The site is currently PR4 with the deep links PR3 to PR0 and is 2.5 years old.
We have around 100 backlinks ranging from PR5 downwards.

The main (home) page is ranked on the first or second page of google for some keywords.

We need the following:

1. To be ranked at least the middle of page 1 for Twenty specific competitive phrases (most are two or three keywords).
2. Pages that need to be ranked include specific deep link pages (most are PR3).
3. A Critical assessment of the site (SEO problems).

We will send you the site URL, keywords required for ranking - we must perform the SEO - you send us the changes that need to be made and we will make them same day.

We will pay AFTER ranking "No Win No Fee". Money will be placed in escrow. After completion of the majority of the work payment will be released.

Completion needs to be before the end of the year.
