I have a number of websites that need offline optimization..

These are Links, Not directory submissions.

Please bid only if you can deliver 50 links and understand that I will look very closely at at each and every link. I am a SEO/SEM and know what to look for. [see below]

Terms:

: Links must be permanent, one way/non-reciprocal and static.
: Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and not just the home page and should be followed by a short description.
: No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, NOFOLLOW, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
: Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
: No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites)
: All links should be listed in a spread sheet so I can approve them.
: 100% of websites should be in English
: Link pages must be google cached within past one month.
: Link must not reside on a page with more than 20 outbound links
: Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
: Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites
: Links should not be from framed pages
: All links must be from a UNIQUE domain and IP address (from different class c block).
: Linked sites must be LIVE.
: Links must be in text, no graphics.
: Sites must not be banned by Google.

All links must be listed in an Excel spreadsheet.
