Description

Project for MrPERFORMANCE to retrieve:
1. List of all US realtors, homeowners... (about 1 million divided by US states) with all contact details.
2. List of US Business (about 8 millions) with all contact details.

All contacts in the database listed above must contain their email addresses.

Before escrow is issued, I must see the database content on your system from database client or ftp or other means you choose. Once done, I will escrow and you will upload the data to my ftp site within 3 hours after I escrow. If the database content is not ftped within 3 hours, the project will be terminated and you must cancel the escrow immediately.

After I inspect the data and it is satisfactory, I will release the escrow funds to you.
