Description: We need a service provider for promotion of company blog on the topic of online advertising. Must have experience in Internet Marketing and SEO to do directory submission and one way link building.

Task 1:
Service provider will have to provide us with a list of 40 trusted directories for Links Submission. Directories must be:

1) Free link submission
2) Well trusted, PR4 and above and good traffic ranking
3) Submissions must be permanent, we don't want to keep updating it.
4) Must be manually built. ABSOLUTELY NO AUTOMATED SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Send us a list that includes: URL of the directory/PR/Submit Form URL/ Additional Notes
You will have to send us the list of directories for our approval before submissions are made.

Task 2:
We want you to provide 30 one-way links, possible for 10 of them to be forums. Send us a list of sites for approval before any action is taken.
Instructions for link as follows:

1. Links must be permanent, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our blog.
2. Must be on established, static and crawlable pages with PR 3 or higher.
3. Link page should be only from English language sites
4. There must be no more than 30 outbound links on the linking page
5. No multiple links per domain
6. NO scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or FFA link exchanges
7. NO link schemes or reciprocal linking services.
8. No classified ads, dynamic links
9. No 'nofollow' links
10. No pages blocked by robots.txt

In general all links must be placed on quality web pages with consideration to link building best practices.
