Description

We are looking for a French SEO and PR guru for a long term project who can help us with the following:
1- - Social marketing- find and reply to bad posts about us and generate good talk about us. – participate in relevant forums and other sites in your language.
2 – Meta Tags - Come up with excellent Meta tags.
3 – Articles- Produce few Articles and submitting them to the leading Articles Directories.
4 – Directories - Submission of the site to search engines and directories.
5- Producing a short promo Video and submit it to the leading video sharing sites.
6 - Submission of the site to as many Social Bookmarking sites in your language as possible.

Also tell us:
1) If you are an individual or Company (if company how many people in company)?
2) Are you fluent in both English and Russian/French/Spanish/Arab? Will you have problem communicating and sending weekly reports in English?
3) For your monthly bid amount how much time per week can you spend on this project?
4) In general what other steps do you think should be done to optimize the site for search engine and improve our online reputation? Examples of sites/keywords used.
