Quality directory submission

Hello All,

Quality directory submissions wnted, MUST HAVE STRONG MANUAL DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS OR DON'T APPLY.

We DON'T WANT automated, software submissions that you can get 50,000 auto submissions, also we have these softwares, so this is not what we are looking for, we want

We want MANUAL submissions done. Require HIGHEST QUALITY Directories, with minimums PR3-4. We will want at least 30% of the directories to be related to our website topics. Want 100% manual, ( not part automated) We must OK that 30% are related to our site themes. Several of the sites are general sites so that's easy enough. There are 5-6 sites total we want for each site.

400 - 500 minimum Directory sites
100 minimum searchengine sites ( including yahoo, bing(MSN) Google and all the major ones )
50 Other mixed type of sites such as shopping sites, etc. - No link farms, link schemes, classifieds, free for all, No low quality sites, blackhat or sites banned by google. or dubious techniques.


Requires:
* non-reciprocal, and permanent, and not require further payments.
* English and US-based. No porn, no adult, not hate sites.
* Links should be static. No redirects, JavaScript links or Flash sites please.
* At most one link per domain/per C class IP. Multiple links on the same site count as 1 link.

We will required a excel or word file report showing the completed project with info & the link to exactly where our links have been listed, we will accept no less than 75-80% success rate of successfully listed links.

We require our standard work & NDA agreement for all freelancers, no exceptions. Budget is $25-$50.00 MAX. NO BIDS over $60 will be accepted, so PLEASE DO NOT BID if you want more than that amount.
