Description

We need an ECommerce Website based on a common free CMS/shop system (like Joomla / virtuemart). On the website we want to sell custom posters / large printed images. The shop needs to have information pages, image sliders, a tool that combines two images, order functionality and management, integrated credit card payment or connection to an external payment gateway, a tell a friend function, newsletter sending, user account and registration functionality. Also it should be possible for users to upload their own images and sell them in our shop (we print posters of their images, sell them and the user gets a comission). In the backend we need to have functionalities to uplad images from different categories, edit the texts and images in the shop, manage orders and shipping, edit categories for images, set prices for images, comissions, taxes, shipping fees etc. In fact the functionality is quite similar to microstock websites like iStickPhoto, but with less features. The coder can choose which techniques, programming languages, free software modules etc he uses, important for us are the results and everything works as we expect it. The job includes the full implementation of the website (custom design, implementation of all required functionalities, backend customization, CMS/shop module installation, configuration, customization. The only technical requirement from our site is that it uses free software like MySQL, PHP, Tomcat, etc. The layout will be provided by us as indesign or pdf files. We expect a full working shop solution and of course a search engine friendly website that is programmed according to W3C standards (XHTML / CSS whenever possible, no layout tables...). Time is a crucial factor. 7-10 days for project completation and 1-2 days for testing and final changes maximum. A document with full specifications and design will be given before the beginning.
