I am looking for a research report identifying the Top 100 Hispanic Blog Directory and RSS Submission Sites in the Spanish speaking community, i.e. Mexico, Argentina, USA, ....

The report should not only list the subject URLs with brief descriptions, BUT ALSO identify the requirements for a successful submission. Please ask questions.
