Description

I am looking for 1-way Links, please give me quotes on PR3, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7 permanent links.

I require the following:

1. actual PR of the page linking, not the main page

2. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, blogs, etc.

3. One link per IP/domain/Class-C

4. No more than 30 links per page

5. Link must use supplied anchor text

6. All links must be indexable by Googlebot (no rel=nofollow, or robots.txt blocking)

7. No penalized/banned sites from Google

8. No illegal/warez/explicit themed sites

9. Nothing considered "bad" by Google

Supplier shall complete an Excel spreadsheet containing URL, PR, and IP address of each link.

10. No paid Links

11. Links added will be permanent on that page, link will not move to next page with no PR.
