must be car or business related.

These must be on different URLS and at least 30 different ip addresses.
Links must be permanent.
Pages that have links must have at least page rank 1.
No more than 30 links comming off each page.
No javascript or rotating links stuff, just plain html links

I will give selection of anchor text and urls.

no link farms.
sites must be in english
must not have any porn or gambling on the sites.
