The keyword best online casinos of my website must arrive in first 3 positions on google.com

NOT WITH THIS URL : http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22best+online+casinos%22
and the keyword "top online casinos" must remain in first 10 positions.

The budget is 250 $.
I'll pay ok when the website is in first 3 position for 10 days.

The time to reach this task is a month. The time is max for 2 month.

If you don’t reach this task, I don’t pay you.

a) You must not use techniques that damage image of the website.
b) You should accept that I can sell links on my website. ( Max 5 links ).
c) In seo of pages I wish to have the last decision. The quality of the content must be respected. ( the article must seem natural, the use of the keywords not forced. ).
