Description

Hi,
We Require 150 one way links from at least PR3 or above pages. We would prefer if 70 were from PR3, 50 were from PR4 and 30 were from PR5 or more – this is negotiable though and we can discuss this.


This project should be very simple as our website has a popular theme, is non-commercial, and has hundreds of original informative articles.
We will also provide a reasonable completion time of 30 days.


The links must be from directly related websites. Our priority is for pregnancy related sites such as pregnancy, parenting, breastfeeding, pregnancy health, pregnancy fitness, pregnancy problems, getting pregnant etc…BUT, we will also accept any healthcare and related site. Maybe if we can agree that 50% will be from pregnancy and 50% will be from other healthcare sites.

The usual common sense rules apply about black hat tactics, but we will explain some of the key requirements:

- 150 one way links from related websites. We are flexible, but they must be related to certain themes based on our industry.
- The PR ranking must be of the actual page of our link
- We are interested in permanent links only – no reciprocal links
- Link pages must be Google cached within past one month
- Links may not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or back listed)
- English language web sites only.
- At least half the sites (75) must come from the following countries United Kingdom, United States of America, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (no restrictions on the number per country).
- Only one link per domain
- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
- Must be on a search engine friendly page. (static page) i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc.
- No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popup’s, intrusive advertising, etc.
- We are NOT looking for links from directories (but maybe in the future)
- Links may not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag
- Links may not be from framed pages
- All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well.
- Our link should not be on a page with more than 25 links (but we can negotiate on this)
- All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block)
- Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction).
- Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs
- No forum posted links will be accepted (but this may be another project in the future)
-These terms are not exclusive and we shall discuss final terms and conditions


We would like the winning bidder to provide us with a complete list of all links to in excel format, so that we can inspect and check before payment will be made.

Our site is a reputable site and so we will refuse any inappropriate links, or links from non-related sites.

We hope we have provided enough information so you can fully understand the project before you bid.

Payment :
Payment will me made in full (Escrow or Paypal) once all links are verified and after that the links are memorised in cache.


If this project is successful, we will require further similar work to improve the ranking of the site, including posting in forums, blogs and article writing.
