Description

We need 120 PR1+ one way permanent links to 4 different websites. (30 Links to each website)
2 sites are real estate related and 2 are hotel sites.

WE DON’T NEED directory/forum/blog submission or bookmarking. Only a fixed permanent link from a relevant site.

Only experienced link builder who knows how to check that links are good, checks robots.txt, makes sure that the links are

not dynamic, JavaScript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, etc. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building

experience.

Payment: Payment will be made through GAF escrow after links have been verified and when a min of Pr1 is showing.

We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.

- One link per domain only
- Links should come from different C-Class IP's
- Link page should be from English language sites only
- All Links must be PERMANENT, active and NEVER expire. Links must be permanent and guaranteed by you or you will replace

them with equivolent. No paid / rented links.
- Links must be in different text combinations (to be provided)
- No links from fake PR pages
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- No Flash sites or pages please
- No free websites like Geocities etc
- Links must contain target anchor text (keyword/keyphrase) (to be provided)
- NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc.
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, porn, religious extremist, frame site, illegal sites, etc.
- Linking page must not have more than 30 existing links per page
- Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag
- No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
- All links should be free and not paid links (we don't want a monthly bill for these links)
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot
- No - rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc.
- All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links please)
- One way non-reciprocal links only. we can provide a few urls that you can place 3 way links on if needed.
- No links from blogs or forums whatsoever
- Links cannot be from framed pages
- No JavaScript or redirect script
- Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage
- No article submission
- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted
- Quality Relevant only links are a key. As such only when we are satisfied the escrow will be released.
- No link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
- Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
- The page our link is placed on must be PR1 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)

I will require the following info in Excel format:
1. Site Title
3. Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. URL Page PR
5. Anchor Text

We have many websites and they all need work, so this can be regular work..
If this first one goes well we will require the same amount again for each website,
then we will provide more websites that need constant links.

Please PM me showing proof of past results.

The link must stay on the page and not be auto placed on a sub page when more links are added.. In other words we don't want

to be added to a directory. It has to be a genuine permanent links page.
We will check every 6 months if the links are still online, if not replacement links are required.

We have a budget of approx 250usd, please comment if it is not enough, we could pay more if needed.

I read your work very carefully, and understood all the requirements. We make all the links in pr1+ pages and the main thing is outbound, it will not be more than 50. I want to clear each and every points which i follow in link building process:- 1. Links will be permanent and not from using any software, because we don't use software, and only manually obtained links are useful for website ranking. So no use of such type of links. 2. IP address will be different for 95% of sites 3. The site theme will be related to your theme 4. Links will be direct and static. 5. Page pr will be same as promised at the time of delivery. 6. I will make links in normal sites with all site pages and very clean code of the page. 8. Links in FFA(free for all) is link spamming not link building, will build links. 10. The links page would be related to theme. 11. The links will be with not more than 50-70 outbound links on page. We have total 6 years of experience in links building, directory submission, Article submission and all other SEO work(Both on page and off page). *Report / Deliverable* Obviously with link page, home page, page rank, and outbounds links. *Timeframe* Will start the project as you will award. We believe in only those links are useful which have quality otherwise no benefit to making 1000s or more than that links.
