Description

I'm looking to establish 15 permanent, one-way links to a marathon training/running website.

Guidelines (read carefully):

* 15 One Way Links (no reciprocals or three-way link schemes)
* Links must be on PR2+ sites
* Sites must be a year old or older.
* Links should be on topics related to (in priority): marathon, running (as in physical exercise running),training (exercise). Please contact me for questionable topics if unsure.
* All links must be static ahref text links (no exceptions)
* All links must be visible (no hidden links or super small font sized links)
* All links MUST be permanent (no rent-a-link sites). Don't try to screw me here.
* Visitors to linked sites must be able to reach my URL within 3 clicks (2 preferable) from home page.
* Linked pages must be indexed and recently cached by Google and Yahoo.
* Not all at once please. Link placements should spread over a minimum of 30-40 days.
* No article submission links
* No sponsored reviews or pay-per-post links
* No forum posts or comments, no blog commenting, or other such cheap links.
* No Text-Link-Ad type of sites
* No press releases
* No link farms, FFA's (free for alls), MFA (Made-for-Adsense) sites, scraped content sites, intrusive advertising sites, illicit content sites, web ring sites, directories, search engines, spam sites, etc. IN OTHER WORDS: Only quality sites with legitimate and original content, and don't employ blackhat schemes.
* No rel="nofollow" or other non-indexable links
* Manually submitted links only (no auto link submissions please)
* Links must be on seperate domains of unique c-class IP blocks and not spread across subdomains
* Links must contain the target keyword phrases that I will provide
* Only English language sites please
* Sites must not be blacklisted or penalized by major search engines
* The linking PAGE must have fewer than 15 outbound links, and less than 50 overall links (including navigational links)
* Linked pages must be somewhat search engine friendly (I.e., no cloaking, frames, redirecting, etc)
* Escrow payment when finished project

Please provide the following upon completion :

1) The URL to the linked page
2) Date the link was acquired
3) Site name
4) Page Rank
5) IP Address

I can guarantee you more work if you play by the rules and do a good, clean job.
