Hello,

I am looking for 50 one way PR4 - PR6 financial realted uk links, covering loans, mortgages, bank accounts and credit cards. i am looking for a long term partener in my link building campaign. Please PMB me with exact offers. no more than $400.

DELIVERABLES

– Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:
– Date link submitted
– Date link accepted
– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
– Alexa rank of the link URL
– Keyword the site is associated with
– Anchor Text


DEMENDS:
- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
- The page our link is placed on must be PR4+, not just the site's main page
- There is no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days
- Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
- No sites banned by google.
- Must be manually submitted.
- No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- Link pages must be related to real estate.
- Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once.e.g. 6 per day /200 per month
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
- No blacklisted or spam sites.
- You must also provide me with a list of the top ranked PR5+ links which I will verify. List to me emailed to me in excel format for my approval before starting.

The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT.
I want to find a long-term partner to work with for other sites as well, so results as crucial!!

Payment:
30% after approving the websites. 30% after the addition 40% after the links are cached with google!

I'm willing to pay good money for good results!
