I'm urgently looking for a person to build links from various sources in Spanish for a Spanish website which is related to Logistics and Transportation.

I need someone who can do all the below in Spanish.
1. Directory Submissions
2. Social Bookmarking
3. Writing and Submitting articles
4. Blog comments with links on Spanish blogs/websites
5. Press Release Writing and Submissions

Everything to be done in Spanish.

Knowing Portuguese will give an extra edge to the right candidate.
