We need a Russian speaking SEO expert who has experience with Russian search engines such as Yandex, Rambler .

The person must have proved experience with Russian SEO. What we are looking for is a combination of Russian link building campaign and major Russian directories additions.

Hi. Do you need submitting in directories? I don't really understand. How much links do you need? I can submit your site in more than 1000 directories. All of them are in Yandex and Rambler. Price is 150$. Or you need to promote site for the top-positions? I can do this, too. But price is more than 300$.
