Description

I need an Expert SEO Professional that I can work long term with him. I need web site www.onlinexcasinos.com to achieve top 10 ranking on Google ( three primary keyword are “online casinos” and “best online casinos” and “casinos online”).

Please provide the following:

1) Please provide samples of prior work and keywords to search on to verify
2) Fixed pricing for getting these terms in top 10 (for at least 3 weeks), and time to get it done.
3) Permanently anchor text links with descriptions of my website
4) Find the main competitors of my business and industry.
5) Website traffic analysis. Must be using analytics.
6) You will need to submit a strategy covering all SEO techniques
7) Add 30 links or more each week until you reach 120 or more, 30 pr2s, 30 pr3s, 30 pr4s, etc.
8) Links must be quality links from quality sites and are relevant to my business.
9) Links must be on pages that have Google PR of at least 2 and higher.
10) Links must be permanent, free, one way, non-reciprocal (two ways) and static to my website
11) Link page should be only from English language sites.
12) No link farms, no use of spamming or black hat techniques.
13) Google guidelines for building links must be followed.
14) No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted)
15) Confirm you'll be providing weekly updates
16) Links that do not fit the above standards will be corrected before payment is accepted.

I will need weekly updates to discuss the ongoing efforts and strategies you are using. If no updates are provided for 2 weeks or if I do not see efforts, I reserve the right to withdraw the agreement and no further payments will be made.


Following are Payment and Terms:
Total optimization project will be paid at 3 different project phases:
1st Phase: Reach 2nd page ranking for all Primary Keywords - will pay 25%.
2nd Phase: Reach top 10, 1st page rank for all Primary Keywords in 60-75 days after 1st phase - will pay 50%
3rd Phase: Hold top 10, first page rank for all Primary Keywords for 30 days - the balance of 25% will be paid.

Bonus Potential: Will pay an extra bonus of $50 for each Primary Keyword you can get to top 3, first page ranking. You must sustain top 3 ranking for 30 days for each Primary Keyword to receive the bonus.

Submit your bid based on the TOTAL project cost. I will place 25% in escrow. NO ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

I am also seeking a long term relationship for monthly maintenance. Bidders please state how much you will charge for on-going monthly maintenance once the project is completed.
