Description

We require ONLY RELEVENT incoming permanent Fresh ONE-WAY links with a page rank of 3 or above. Links must be relevant. Although our website is like an encyclopedia so most web terms are relevant as we have sections for alsorts of things.

The links we require must be WHITE HAT ONLY- .

However the lnks must be RELEVENT to the sections they are linked to.

Most IMPORTANTLY they must increase our Google positioning to Page One.

Other stipulations are..

1.No Automated software can be used.(e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others).
2.Links must be placed GRADUALLY- to avoid any penalties.
3.No Paid links, Sites must pass Google diagnostic i.e. no malware sites.
4.All links must be, english language based, one way, non reciprocal, perrmanent and static links only.
5.All links must be from a different domain and IP address.
6. All links must be from related industries listed above and contain our anchor text which will be given to the bidder selected on an ongoing basis.
7.Link pages must be indexed by google and have recent google cache. Links must be submitted manually.
8.No links from web directories, social bookmark directories, link farms, link exchange programs, porn sites, political or religious sites,frame sites, links within forums, newsgroups, or commercial web rings.
9.Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our clients websites.
10.The page our the link is placed on must be PR2+, not just the site's main page.
11.Must be no more than 5 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed.
12.Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days.
13.Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink.
14.Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
15.Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
16.No links from- link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
17.No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges- No sites banned by google.
18. No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.
19.Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
20.Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)

Please note that bidders are not just bidding on the above projects, provided the work is good, we are looking to develop an ONGOING relationship with the supplier.

This will involve MONTHLY work!

And WILL include, more One way Link Building work and article submission work.


DELIVERABLES

We Require.

– Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:
– Date link submitted.
– Date link accepted.
– Link URL (the URL of where link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL.
– Alexa rank of the link URL.
– Type of link.
– Anchor Text.

We will provide you with anchor texts, with the corresponding URL.

All links will be checked , and We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced!


BIDDING

-For the winning bidder This project will start immediately.

- We reserve the right to terminate the contract if objectives/deliverables are not met in a timely manner.

- We require the bidder to Explain how and what methods you use to demonstrate that you understand the requirements and have read this project.

- To demonstrate that you understand the requirements and have read this project description you must include "I Understand and agree to these terms" somewhere in your bid.

- To aid in our decision please send references on projects similar to this that you have successfully completed in the past.
